The expeditious approach apart from removing patients uncertainty which often weighs heavily means if necessary you are in to treatment almost immediately....

Consultations

Your consultation will last approximately 30min (15min for follow up), though of course we will allow time for strenuous circumstances and emergency appointments. We would appreciate your patience in light of such unforeseen circumstances. Patients should allow one hour in total for a consultation, in the event any further tests may be required. We will endeavour to do most of them on the day to minimize your inconvenience.

Insured Patients

Please attend with your registration details from your respective insurance company, along with a pre-authorisation number. This will allow for a more efficient service for all our patients. Please note that we charge within most insurers guidelines.

Self-Funding Patients

We request that self funding patients settle all accounts on the day of consultation. We have credit card facilities. Patients who obtain letters of guarantee are requested to leave a copy with the PA. Quotations of estimated costs can be given on request.
