What is a CTCA?
It is a test using X-Rays that allows us to image the coronary arteries without doing an invasive test.
Why did you have one?
I wanted to know what my coronary arteries were like- I have been on a statin for 10 years, am in my mid 50s, asian, and with no other risk factors. It was to provide me with a “state of the nation”.
How was it?
Straightforward at One Welbeck Heart Health, where I see all my patients now.
What was the result?
Reassuring, thankfully. See the video and I will explain it all.
