Closing Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) and cryptogenic stroke

Dr Malik’s group has published a summary of the evidence of closing Patent Foramen Ovale (PFO) to reduce the risk of cryptogenic stroke i.e. stroke with no obvious cause found, not related to Atrial Fibrillation (AF) or Carotid narrowings.
