Dr Malik in world first coronary flow quantification technique

Dr Malik does the world’s first case using the new iFR coronary physiology console devised at Imperial College by Dr Justin Davies. This new equipment makes assessment of narrowed blood vessels far simpler and will become the “standard of care” within the next few years. Just looking at the angiogram and guessing if the blood vessel is “significantly” narrowed should be a thing of the past.
