The TAVI team at Imperial continue to publish research that improves patient care.
Their latest work suggests that Aspirin alone is adequate, and dual anti platelets (aspirin plus clopidogrel) is not needed.
This will reduce the bleeding risk associated with the TAVI/TAVR procedure.
